Studio Session Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all studio sessions booked through Prod. RpBeats.

1. Studio Sessions

Studio session prices apply exclusively to the booked studio time and include a professional premix of the recording.

Mixing and mastering are not included in the studio session price and are available separately if requested.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% is payable during the studio session.

The deposit secures the selected date and time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Studio sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit will be charged and is non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation where a refund is applicable, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within the 24-hour period.

4. Exclusive Beats

If an exclusive beat by Prod. RpBeats is used during the studio session, the amount already paid for the session will be deducted from the exclusive beat fee.

The remaining amount must be paid when the song is officially released.

The exclusive beat is not considered fully purchased or exclusively licensed until the full remaining amount has been paid.

5. Recording & Files

A professional premix may be provided after the session. Any additional mixing, mastering, editing or other post-production services are not included unless separately agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for arriving on time and being ready for the booked session. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booked session time.

The client is also responsible for ensuring that any material, lyrics, beats or other content they provide or request to use does not infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a studio session, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Prod. RpBeats reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
